Refund & Return Policy

At PixelPlay™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return within 90 days of receiving your item.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items or discounted products

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first. Once the return has been approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
